This little gem has charmed all of its residents. The average length of stay in 202 is 15 months and, being that we only been open for 4 years, this is quite impressive. It is easy to understand when you are sitting out on the balcony admiring the view.

This apartment was redecorated and refitted during late 2012 to bring it up to the latest standards at marina house. If you like the sun then this apartment is for you as it catches plenty of light, on the balcony, from 9am to 4pm yet the room itself remains shady for most of the day.

The through breeze running through this apartment allows for plenty of natural cooling throughout the day too.

  • At marina house all our tenants are expat and, as such, we offer an English language agreement. In reality there is little legal recourse available in Thailand for the small amounts that make up a rental contract and most disputes are settled in arbitration with lawyers at great expense.

    Realising this marina house offers a simplistic rental agreement that recognises the need for low-cost, flexible, accommodation with easy to understand conditions.

    We have 2 parts to our "agreement". The first is the actual rental conditions and the second is our expectation of our tenants. marina house is a small, intimate and quiet apartment block. Our residents love the peace that it brings their life in Bangkok and our "House Rules" (referred to in the "English Language Agreement") ensure that this peace and mutual respect is at the core of marina house life.

    We do our utmost to ensure that these documents are up to date, however we advise all new tenants to check the copy they are asked to sign in case there have been any recent amendments.
